The TokenCrib Passport Pilot
Investors ask the same questions about every tokenized asset: what do I own, where does the return come from, can I participate, how do I exit, and what's missing. We turn your documents into a clear, evidence-backed answer.
What it is
Send us your property, offering, and token documents. We convert them into a standardised Crib Passport: a single, investor-readable record that organises the information, links each material claim to its source, and shows exactly what is still missing. It reduces the repetitive questions investors ask, and gives you a transparent page you can share and keep up to date.
What you get
- A structured Crib Passport: one consistent record covering ownership, token rights, returns and fees, debt, eligibility, liquidity, and exit.
- An evidence map: every material claim labelled by source and how strongly it is supported.
- A disclosure-gap report: a clear list of the information that is missing, stale, or contradictory, so you can decide what to strengthen.
- An investor FAQ: plain-language answers drawn from the record, with honest “not disclosed” where the information isn’t there.
- A shareable page: published on TokenCrib once the record meets our evidence and publication bar, or delivered to you as a draft to review and use directly. (We do not currently offer access-controlled private hosting.)
- One correction round: you review the draft and we correct any errors before it is finalised.
- One update cycle: we refresh the record once within the pilot period as information changes.
What we do not do
To keep the passport worth trusting, payment buys the work, not the outcome. We do not promise a favourable score, a “verified” badge, a ranking, or a guaranteed listing. We do not endorse assets or provide investment advice, and a completed passport will honestly show gaps where they exist. See our methodology for exactly how we assess and label information.

Tokenization platforms and issuers with live or planned real-estate assets who want to improve investor trust and reporting without building a disclosure system in-house. The beta focuses on tokenized income-producing real estate.
